Tallibook helps you run the money side of your business. To do that we store information you give us. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
Business information you enter: your business profile, customers, jobs, expenses, income, trips, invoices, notes and follow-ups.
Files you add: receipt photos, imported statements and spreadsheets, logos, and meeting or voice recordings you choose to make.
Emails you forward to your Tallibook receipts address.
Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type and logs of requests and errors.
How we use it
To provide the service: store your records, produce reports, send invoices and emails you ask us to send, and keep your account secure.
To read receipts, statements, voice notes and meetings for you when you use those features. Text and images are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic); audio is turned into text by a speech-to-text provider. They process it to return results to you.
To answer support questions and improve Tallibook. We don't use your business records for advertising.
Who helps us run Tallibook
We use a small number of service providers to host and run the app, including Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Resend (sending and receiving email), Anthropic (AI reading of receipts, documents and notes) and a speech-to-text provider for recordings. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
We may share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Your customers' information
When you add customers or send invoices, you decide what information to store about them. You're responsible for having a reason to keep it and for telling people when you record a conversation, following the consent laws where you and they are.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while your account is open, including in read-only mode after a trial ends, so you can always see and export them.
Meeting audio is deleted on the schedule your business chooses (90 days after notes are ready by default); transcripts and notes are kept until you delete them.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data from the live service, except what we must keep by law. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.
Your choices
You can view, correct, export and delete your records in the app at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account.
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights to know, correct or delete personal information. We'll honor those requests.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-business data separation and access controls. No service can promise perfect security, and we'll tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your information.
Children
Tallibook is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If we make important changes, we'll update this page and tell you in the app or by email. Questions? Contact us from inside the app.
