What is Tallibook?
Tallibook tracks expenses, receipts, mileage, customers and invoices for one-person US businesses, then hands you tax-ready Schedule C reports for your accountant. It replaces the shoebox of receipts, the mileage notebook, the invoice template and the spreadsheet of clients with one app that fits in your pocket.
Everything is in plain English: “Money in”, “Money out” and “Yours to keep”. Behind the scenes, every category already maps to an IRS Schedule C line.

What is Tallibook?
Tallibook tracks expenses, receipts, mileage, customers and invoices for one-person US businesses, then hands you tax-ready Schedule C reports for your accountant. It's built for people who'd rather not learn accounting: everything is in plain English, like "Money in" and "Money out".
How much does Tallibook cost?
Starter is $9/month ($90/year), Solo is $19/month ($190/year) and Pro is $39/month ($390/year). Paying yearly gets you 2 months free. There's no launch discount and no hidden fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14-day free trial with every Pro feature. No credit card. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep adding things. If you don't, your account turns read-only. It is never locked: you can always see and export your data.
Does Tallibook do my taxes?
No. Tallibook keeps your records tax-ready: every category maps to a Schedule C line, and you get a Schedule C summary and a tax pack to hand to your accountant or type into your tax software. It doesn't file returns.
Can I bring my data from QuickBooks or another app?
Yes, on Solo and Pro. Move to Tallibook imports customers, recurring charges and open invoices from QuickBooks, Wave, FreshBooks, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Square, Stripe, Jobber, HubSpot, plus spreadsheets and PDFs. You review one summary before anything is saved, and you can undo the whole import.
Is there a phone app?
Tallibook is a web app built for phones first. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen; it then opens like an app. It also works on any desktop browser.
Can Tallibook take card payments on invoices?
Not yet. Invoices show your own "How to pay" instructions (Zelle, Venmo, check, ACH and so on), and you mark them paid in a tap. Online card payments are planned.
Does it work outside the US?
Not today. Tallibook is built around US taxes: Schedule C, the IRS mileage rate and US sales tax.
Make tax season the easy part
Start with a receipt or a trip today. By April, your accountant gets one tidy pack.
