For contractors

Run your jobs from the truck

Receipts fade on the dashboard, invoices wait until the weekend and nobody knows which job made money. Tallibook fixes all three from your phone, with big buttons and no accounting words.

14 days free with every Pro feature. No credit card.

What gets in the way for contractors

In Tallibook, your work is called Jobs, because that's what you call it.

  • Receipts lost on site

Snap the supply house receipt before it hits the floor mat. AI reads it; you tap yes and pick the job.

  • Invoicing on Sunday night

Make an invoice in under a minute right after the work, with optional sales tax, and send a link.

  • Which job made money?

Materials, subs, miles and invoices all attach to a job, so you see profit per job.

  • Paying subs and 1099s

Track what you pay subcontractors so year-end 1099 totals are already added up.

Which deductions matter most to a contractor?

Tallibook files each of these under the right Schedule C line as you go. General information, not tax advice.

Questions from contractors

Can I add sales tax to invoices?

Yes. Sales tax is optional per invoice: set a rate and mark which lines are taxable. You can save a default rate for your business.

Can customers pay by card?

Not yet. Invoices show your own payment instructions (check, Zelle, ACH and so on) and you mark them paid in a tap.

Does it handle estimates or bids?

Tallibook focuses on jobs, invoices and costs. You can track a job at the "quoted" stage, but there's no separate estimate document yet.

Can I import my customers from Jobber or QuickBooks?

Yes, on Solo and Pro. Move to Tallibook brings in customers, open invoices and recurring charges from Jobber, QuickBooks and others, with undo.
