Terms of service

You need to be 18 or older and running a business in the United States. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. If you invite team members, you're responsible for what they do in your account.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every Pro feature. No credit card is needed to start.

After the trial, you choose a plan to keep adding and changing things. If you don't, your account becomes read-only. It's never locked: you can still sign in, see and export your data.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

We may change prices in the future. We'll tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.

Everything you put into Tallibook is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time.

Tallibook organizes your records and estimates amounts (like mileage deductions and Schedule C totals) to help you and your tax professional. It doesn't file taxes and isn't tax, legal or accounting advice. AI features can make mistakes, so review what they fill in. You're responsible for your tax returns and the accuracy of what you submit.

Don't use Tallibook to break the law, send spam, record people without the consent the law requires, upload malware, or try to access other people's data or disrupt the service.

We work hard to keep Tallibook running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you first.

You can stop using Tallibook and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll give you a chance to export your data unless the law or safety requires otherwise.

Tallibook is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we make important changes, we'll update this page and tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
