Download all your data or delete your account

Your records are yours. You can take all of them with you, and close your account yourself, from Settings → Your data (on a phone: More → Your data).

Download everything

Owners and admins can download one ZIP file with:

• a spreadsheet (CSV) for each kind of record: customers, jobs, time, expenses, income, trips, invoices and their lines, payments, recurring charges, vendors, categories, follow-ups, notes, meetings and imports,
• a files folder with your receipt photos, imported statements, forwarded emails, your logo and meeting recordings that are still kept,
• the full text of each recorded meeting,
• a README.txt that explains every file.

Amounts are written like 1234.50 so spreadsheets can add them up. It works on every plan, during the free trial and after it ends, even when your books are read-only. If your files are very big, the download comes in a few parts; download each one.

Delete your business

Only the owner can do this.

1. 1Step 1: Tap Delete this business. We offer Download everything first.
2. 2Step 2: Tap Continue, tell us why you're leaving if you like, type your business name and your password.
3. 3Step 3: Tap Delete in 7 days.

Everyone on your team gets an email. For 7 days your books are read-only, recurring invoices and reminder emails stop, and your email receipt address and accountant links stop working. Changed your mind? Sign in and tap Cancel deletion on the banner.

After 7 days we permanently delete every record and file. If you pay for a plan, the subscription is cancelled too. This can't be undone.

Leave a business

Admins and members can tap Leave this business. The business and its records stay with the owner.

Delete your login

Delete my login removes your sign-in and takes you off every business. If you still own a business, delete it first. To hand it over to someone else instead, email us at hello@tallibook.com.
