Plans and what each one includes
Starter is $9 a month, Solo $19 and Pro $39; paying yearly gets you 2 months free, and you choose a plan in Settings → Plan & billing.
Tallibook has three plans. Each plan includes everything in the one before it.
The plans
- Starter: $9 a month or $90 a year. Snap receipts, we read them; Mileage and expenses; Bank and card statement import; Forward receipt emails; Tax reports and the tax pack.
- Solo: $19 a month or $190 a year. Everything in Starter, plus: Customers, follow-ups and jobs; Invoices and payments; Repeat invoices (as drafts to check); Add contacts by voice; Move to Tallibook from other apps.
- Pro: $39 a month or $390 a year. Everything in Solo, plus: Record meetings, get AI notes; Up to 3 people (you + 2); Repeat invoices sent for you.
Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months: 2 months free. Starter and Solo are for one person; Pro is for up to 3 people (you plus 2).
Exports and downloads are never limited by plan: you can always download your reports, tax pack and customer list.
Which plan is right for me?
- Starter if you mostly need receipts, mileage and tax reports, like many drivers and gig workers.
- Solo if you bill clients: customers, jobs, invoices and recurring charges.
- Pro if you record client meetings, want recurring invoices sent for you, or work with a teammate.
Choose or change your plan
Only owners and admins can choose a plan.
- Step 1: Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- Step 2: Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Step 3: Tap Choose Starter, Choose Solo or Choose Pro, and finish the secure checkout.
Choosing a plan during your free trial doesn't cost you trial days: you aren't charged until the trial ends. Once you pay, Manage billing lets you update your card, see past bills or cancel, and the plan cards let you switch plans.
If the page says Billing isn't set up here yet, there's nothing to pay and nothing is limited.
Moving to a smaller plan
Nothing you've added is ever deleted or hidden. Features above your new plan stop letting you add new things, but you can still open and export what's there. People already on your team keep their access; you just can't invite more.
