Weekly reminder email and notification settings
Every Friday afternoon Tallibook emails business owners and admins a short list of what's waiting (receipts to check, invoices to send or chase); turn it off in Settings → Notifications or with the link in the email.
The Friday reminder
On Friday afternoon (from about 4 PM where your business is), Tallibook sends business owners and admins one short email so nothing slips before the weekend. It only lists what's true for your business:
- Receipts to check and items to review from statements and forwarded emails
- How many expenses and trips you logged this week, with a nudge to snap anything missing
- Invoices not sent yet, and invoices waiting to be paid (how many and the total still owed)
- Recurring invoices coming up in the next 7 days
- Follow-ups that are due
Each line has a button that opens the right screen. If there's nothing to do and you already logged something that week, we don't send anything. The subject only shows counts, never amounts or customer names.
The same list is on Today in the This week card, so you can check it any day.
If your books are read-only (your trial ended and no plan is chosen yet), the email only shows what's waiting and how to pick a plan.
Turn emails on or off
- Step 1: Go to Settings → Notifications (on a phone: More → Notifications).
- Step 2: Flip Weekly reminder or Product news off or on. It saves right away.
These switches are just for you: everyone on your team picks their own. Product news is an occasional email when something new lands in Tallibook.
Unsubscribe from the email itself
Every reminder and product email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Tapping it turns off that one kind of email straight away, no sign-in needed. Changed your mind? The page has a button to turn it back on. Many email apps also show their own Unsubscribe button at the top, which does the same thing.
Emails you'll always get
Some emails can't be turned off because they're about your account or your money: confirming your email, password resets, team invitations, copies of invoices and reminders you send, and free trial and billing notices.
