Nudge a customer who hasn't paid
Open the unpaid invoice and tap Nudge to email a friendly reminder with the invoice link; late invoices show up on Today.
Updated Solo and Pro plans
An invoice is late once its due date has passed and it isn't fully paid. Tallibook shows you who's late; you decide when to nudge.
See who owes you
- Today lists late invoices first under Needs you, and shows what's waiting to be paid.
- Invoices has tabs for Unpaid and Late, and the cards at the top add them up.
- Reports → Who owes you sorts unpaid invoices by how late they are.
Send a reminder
- Step 1: Open the invoice.
- Step 2: Tap the nudge button. It uses your customer's first name, like Nudge Maya. It's also in the … menu as Send a friendly reminder, and next to late invoices on Today.
- Step 3: Check the message. It includes the link to view and download the invoice.
- Step 4: Tap Send reminder.
Reminders go to the customer's email on file. Tallibook doesn't send reminders on its own: nothing goes to a customer unless you tap send.
When they pay
Tap the paid button on the invoice (like Maya paid) and record it. See Record a payment.
