Run more than one business
Use the business switcher to add another business; each one keeps its own money, customers, team and plan.
Updated
If you run two businesses, say a consulting practice and a rental side gig, keep them apart in Tallibook. Each business has its own books.
Add another business
- Step 1: Tap the business pill at the top of the screen on a phone, or your business name at the bottom of the sidebar on a computer.
- Step 2: Under Your businesses, tap Add another business.
- Step 3: Answer the same three setup questions: name and kind of work, structure and state, and your vehicle.
You land on Today for the new business.
Switch between businesses
Open the same menu and tap the business you want. Everything on screen (Today, Money, People, Reports, Settings) now belongs to that business.
What's kept separate
- Money in and out, trips, vehicles, receipts and categories
- Customers, jobs, invoices, follow-ups and meetings
- The business profile, invoice numbers and "How to pay" text
- The team: inviting someone to one business doesn't give them the other
- The plan: each business has its own free trial and its own plan
