Sign in, reset your password and stay secure

Sign in

Go to app.tallibook.com, type your email and password and tap Sign in. You stay signed in on that device for 30 days. To sign out, tap your initials (top right on a phone, bottom of the sidebar on a computer) and choose Sign out.

Forgot your password?

1. 1Step 1: On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?.
2. 2Step 2: Type your email and tap Send reset link.
3. 3Step 3: Open the email from Tallibook and tap Choose a new password. The link works for 1 hour.
4. 4Step 4: Type a new password (at least 8 characters).

Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else, which is handy if you think someone else knows it.

To change your password while you're signed in, sign out and use Forgot password?.

Confirm your email

When you sign up, we may email you a link to confirm your address. Tap Confirm my email; the link works for 24 hours. If it has expired, the page lets you send a new one. Signing in before you confirm sends the link again.

Too many tries

After several wrong passwords in a few minutes, sign-in pauses for a short while to keep your account safe. Wait a few minutes, or reset your password.

Keeping your account safe

• Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
• If someone tries to sign up with your email, we email you; you don't need to do anything.
• Keep your email receipt address to yourself, and only share accountant links with your accountant.

Change your email or close your account

You can't change your sign-in email or close your account in the app yet. Email us at hello@tallibook.com from your sign-in email and we'll help. Before closing, download your tax pack and customer list.
